grime and sand.
New design to allow better fitment for the new 800R Can-Am
Motors with better air flow.
Durable 2 piece design with an affordable price tag.
Pre-oiled package allows you to have a spare filter available
for install while riding away from home.
Cons:
None
Bottom Line:
This time of the year when we are riding in Northern Michigan
we encounter a lot of very dusty trails. It is very important that you have an
air filter that effectively stops dust and debris from entering your
engine.
For this very important job I have chosen the Twin Air
Pre-Oiled fair filter that is available for the new Can-Am's that are 2009 and
newer. The filter is very easy to install and comes packaged pre-oiled, so all
you have to do is remove or old air filter and install the new one in its
place.
Beware of dust and sand entering your engine, because it does
not take much to totally destroy your piston and rings.
This filter is also very easy to clean when dirty and re-oil.
I use the Twin Air re-oiling kit, and I find it very easy to maintain my filters
this way.
The bottom line is, if you drive in dirty, dusty, cruddy
environments like I do, you need to have a good quality air filter like Twin Air
has to offer so you protect that expensive engine from destruction. Next time
you are browsing for goodies for your ride please drop by Twin Air's web site
and see what they have to keep your machine's motor protected from the elements,
you will be glad you did.
