ATV Tire Sealant by QuadBoss. All products used in this Review and Field Test have been provided courtesy of QuadBoss.

We had a chance to see first hand at the 2006 Dealer Show in Indy how well the ATV Sealant by Quad Boss works when used in ATV Tires. As clearly demonstrated here by Glen Urquhart, this ATV Sealant really performs. We will be running it in some of our tire tests here at ATVPT, where we punish our tires in very grueling conditions. I look forward to having this ATV Sealant give me some peace of mind, from the thought of getting flat tires while in the field.

How to install the Quad Boss ATV Tire Sealant:

First day of testing this new tire, we ran over a nail giving us a hole.

I like to remove the valve stem core and deflate the tire as much as possible before loading up the sealant.
Next attach the hose to the valve stem.

ATVPT's Steve Pennock loading up the tire with the correct amount of sealant.
Follow the directiions from quad boss for the correct amount you will need to put in your tires.
Our pump injects one ounce per stroke
Utility ATV Tires (8"-12" Rims) inject 32 oz. per tire.
Sport ATV Tires (9"-10" Rims) inject 16 oz. per tire.
Dirt Bike Tires inject 4-8 oz. per tire.

Notice the sealant loads very easy when you have the valve stem removed and the tire deflated.

Fill tire with the correct air pressure for your make & size of tire.

The QB Tire Sealant seals the leak immediately.
I highly recommend the use of this tire sealant for any of your tires.
This is cheap insurance against getting a flat tire while riding.
