My Impressions:Pros:One of the best owners manual in the industry.
Suspension rocks. Best riding UTV I have driven so far.
Looks are outstanding.
Engine noise is minimal, due to rearward mounting location.
4 wheel drive system works flawlessly.
Fit & finish is top shelf.
Cons:Needs a rear view mirror.
Bottom Line:We have enjoyed reviewing the Polaris Products over the past
few years and when Polaris came out with the new RZR 4, we just had to have one.
First impressions when you see one is like, wowwww. This is a machine that you
can just walk around, and visibly enjoy every part of.
What a great idea to create a machine that is not only sporty,
but will easily haul 4 passengers safely to.
Just look at what this machine comes with as stock equipment,
like Fox Shocks, Maxxis Tires, Wide Stance, Roll Bar, Flashy paint scheme,
custom seats, Hot Rod Motor, on demand awd system that rocks, and the list goes
on!
The only thing that I would add to this package would be a
windshield, a rear view mirror, maybe a winch, and if I was going to add some
performance items, hit up DynaTek, and a few of the other aftermarket companies
for performance goodies. Stock, this machine rolls right along, and if you are
not into race mode, this machine has plenty of get up and go to make you smile
every time you drive this RZR.
The coolest feature that catches your eye is the 4 seats, and
the way the rear seats are laid out. The rear seats set a little higher then the
front seats, which allows your passengers a better unobstructed view from the
rear. The front seats are adjustable which will allow you to adjust your self
for more comfortable position to the steering and peddles, plus can slide
forward to allow more passenger leg room in the rear.
Having a slightly longer & wider machine gives you a more
stable and lest choppier of a ride when trans-versing more rougher terrain.
I am racking up the miles with this new RZR 4 and loving every
time we go somewhere with this machine. The only thing I don't like is when you
stop for gas or food, it gathers people like bee's to honey. So, if you get one,
be prepared to talk about it's features to everybody that stops you.
I am planning a trip to the Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Lower
Michigan very soon, and I can't wait to see how well it performs there. Since it
looks like a sand rail, I am anticipating that it will work excellent in the
sand.
The bottom line is, if you haven't experienced the new Polaris
RZR 4 yet, you need to get to your local dealer and try one out.
Just don't ask
to drive mine, because I am not ready to give it up yet.
