ATVPT

We decided to focus in on some areas of winching that most macho atvers want to skip by. I am one of them. I have spent many hours with a chain fall lifting these atvs to work on them and do photos for our site. We decided to say hey, lets use that great winch set up to make our lifts for us. That is a no brainer. 5 minutes, lift is done, get on with the project, yup.

We have really begun to appreciate having the Ducks Unlimited Warn Winch on the Kawasaki Prairie and the Bombardier supplied Warn Winch. It is really amazing the amount of times you can use your winch to assist you around your home. We used everything from Ducks Unlimited, Samson, Warn, Winchline, and Viking OffRoad that we would use for what we term getting stuck. We made a complex lift look really easy by winching and not using our backs to get the ATV in position to work on.

The bottom line, use your winch safely at home or in stuck situations. They can be a tool that will make your day and you will definitely appreciate having this equipment when you need it.
