I want to put a
post in about 1 of our local small business's that in my opinion
deserve's a 10. I have been dealing with Rick Miller of Discount Tire
& Battery in Fowler, MI for some time now and find him to be a fine
Christian. He puts his customers at the top of the list everyday, and I
don't know where he gets his strenght to have a smile on his face
everday. I feel that he is an asset to the Fowler business community.
He told me of course I change ATV Tires, no problem. I dropped over 1
day with a load of atv tires to change,and expected him to say drop
them off and come back later. He just told me hang out and we will do
them right now. Twenty minutes later I was on the road and ready to
install my Mudlites on my prairie.
Today I called him up and
told him I needed his business card to give to someone, and I would be
dropping by to see him. I told him my wife had a nail in her tire and I
was going to town to get it fixed at the tire shop where we purchased
the tires. He would have nothing to do with that. He said it was to
risky to drive into town like that, and he would have it no other way
but to fix my wife's tire while we were talking about ATV's. So once
again he just proved to me that any person that walks into his business
will be treated fairly, therefore I rate Discount Tire & Battery a
