You have 2 options to attach the charger to the battery ( either alligator clips or hook up direct to battery ).

I prefer to use the fused battery lug connector whenever possible to attach the charger to the battery.

There is a 2 pronged plug for easy removal of the battery charger.

Positive connecting wire has a 7.5 amp fuse to safe guard your system.

Lights show you the charge status of your battery, and also what mode your charger is in.

Bottom Line:

I have been using Battery Tender products for many years now and have never had an issue with any of the chargers that I have used.

I highly recommend any of the Battery Tender Chargers. They will keep your batteries charged and ready for service when you need them the most.
