BRP Rack Packs. All product used in these Field Tests and Review have been provided courtesy of BRP-Bombardier Canada.

We have installed the BRP Front Rack Pack & BRP Rear Rack Pack along with the BRP Rack Extenders. They are easily installed or removed in case you want to carry some cargo on the racks. They are not a real sturdy looking bag like the Ducks Unlimited or the Quad Boss Bags, but that are very waterproof and durable enough to carry all of our camera gear and, of course trail snacks and beverages. We will be putting these to the test in the upcoming months of hardy testing here at Tests Site X.

One of the unique features of the BRP Rack Packs is the "See Through Map Pouch" sewn into the front bag. I know this will come in handy on some of the trails I go on. A very nice spot to keep your map dry and in site at all times. Good job BRP.

Before and After

Installation

Easiest so far. Attach the hooks at the rear of the front bag to the rack and tighten down the front & rear straps. Attach all the velcro straps snugly on the front and the rear bags. Thats it. To remove just unclip the bags and away you go.

Final Impressions

The BRP bags appear to be durable enough for everyday use from carrying camera equipment to loading up with shacks for the trail. They are easy to install and also to remove to carry addition cargo when needed. Some of the other bags aren't as easy to remove when you have them attached to your ATV.

The best feature that I appreciate is the sewn in Map Pocket on the Front Bag. This is a plus for keeping your trail maps visible when riding and dry to boot.
