Designed especially for your Bombardier* ATV, this throttle lever with integrated heating element offers the perfect fit and finish to your vehicle. Kit includes a 3-positions switch, switch cover, wiring harness and throttle lever assembly. Heat control can be set to High (8 watts) or Low (4 watts).

Remove the Stock thumb throttle per the BRP directions.

Remove the stock lever and replace it with the new heated lever and new bolt. Install in back on the handlebars and run your wires down the bars to the wiring harness.

I drilled a second hole to accommodate the extra wires installed on the wiring harness. This is a good time to tie wrap your loose wires while you have the plastic off and your console moved forward.

Install the switch as per the BRP instructions. Make sure you install the wires in the right position on your switch. If you don't the high and low position will be wrong. If you notice I installed the switch sign in reverse, my mistake. Button everything up and you are ready to ride with a warm thumb.

First impressions of installing the BRP Heated Thumb Throttle Lever is wow, finally my thumb will be warm while riding during the cold season here in MI. We installed the heated hand grips at the same time so we have our bases covered. This ATV is now very comfy to ride anytime of the year. After driving it the last few days while having warm hands and thumb, has made it much nicer to drive. I think I will be more willing to ride more now that we will be warmer. I think the install of this BRP heated thumb warmer is a must if you plan on riding in the cold like I do.
