Features:

Innovative Tire Design : A Comprehensive Tire Design Method. This method improves handling in wet or dry conditions and reduces irregular tread wear by combining an ideal tread design, casing shape, materials and construction.

Innovative Roundness : Rounder Is Better / Rounder overall tire shape provides better balance for wet or dry handling.

Super EPC : Super EPC consists of advanced technologies, an Anti-Hardening Resin and Link Stabilizing Agent, to help counteract the effects of heat so tires have the flexibility needed for wet performance as they wear.

Dual Layer Tread : As the tire wears, more of the inner tread is exposed so the tire continues to have excellent grip in wet conditions.

Hydro Evacuation Surface (H.E.S.) : H.E.S. more efficiently channels water away from the tread to reduce the risk of hydroplaning.

Consistent Surface Contact (C.S.C) : C.S.C., a pattern of tread blocks designed for uniform contact pressure, improves dry and wet handling, reduces irregular wear, and results in better ride comfort.

Super EPO : Super EPO goes beyond EPO in providing wet handling as the tire wears. The interactive elements are Super EPC and an enhanced version of Dual Layer Tread.

Spiral Wrap : Spiral Wrap is a continuous nylon wrap that encircles the whole tire, helping the tire hold its original shape to improve high speed capability.

Master Technician, Ferris, recommends that anytime you install new tires you should have a wheel alignment done too. He explained to me that if you are spending a lot of money for a set of tires, you want to make sure they do not wear out prematurely on you, by having a preexisting bad wheel alignment. He also touched on the fact that a bad wheel alignment, besides other factors may have been why I had to purchase new tires so soon.

Note : We have all our ATV tires installed by Discount Tire and Battery too. When Ferris was done working his magic, my truck drove smooth and straight ( Thanks Ferris!).


My Impressions:



Pros:
I like the way the tire rides, even though they have a fairly aggressive tread design.

Handling so far is very good during regular driving, gravel roads, water, & sand operations.


Cons:
None yet. It is too soon. lets put some miles on, and then we will see if there are any significant cons.


Bottom Line:
With its powerful grip and smooth ride, the Dueler A/T REVO with UNI-T AQ II is a great choice for a light truck tire. I am really enjoying their great grip and smooth ride characteristics so far.
 
The Duelers aggressive tread and sidewall design are making short work of Michigan's wet, dry, and sandy conditions with ease.
 
I cannot comment on wear yet, but if they wear like my other Duelers did, we will be impressed.
 
Our first impressions have us very convinced that this is a good choice for a light truck tire, and should be considered if you are in the market for a multi-purpose tire for all seasons. After all, you don't need any problems with your ATV Hauler, especially if you have a fully loaded trailer behind you with all your precious ATV's on board.
