My Impressions:

Pros:
Very innovative futuristic looks.

When Badlands says this is a trunk, they are not blowing smoke.

Water resistant molded material.

Very unique magnetic closure system on the side bags and tank bags.

Cavernous abundant pockets provides excellent storage and organization.

Cons:
Tie down straps left me frustrated when I installed the bags on the racks. They work, but are a far cry from the tie down straps that the BRP or Ducks Unlimited bags have. You would be hard pressed to remove these bags, and re-install them in a timely fashion.

Bottom Line:
When you install these badlands bags on your atv, you immediately get that futuristic Jetsons look. I like the way the bags show off their artistic curvy striking lines, that appear from every angle that you look at them from.

The bags attach to your rack with a very simplistic but effective attachment strap system, even though they take some effort to attach and adjust.

There is an abundance of compartments available to store more then enough items to get you through a hard day on the trail.

Note: The key feature that impresses me the most with the Badlands Bags is the ability to organize, stow away, keep dry,  and carry an incredible amount of things with you on your rides. This is quite the departure from the standardized hard shelled bags that are offered today for atvs. This feature alone would prompt me to purchase these bags for my atvs.

If you want to attach bags to your atv that will enhance your rides good looks, and provide excellent storage capability & functionality to your atv, then Badlands is the way to go.
