Goggle Product Review

Product: - SMITH Warp Enduro, Top Fuel Goggles

When riding your ATV one of the essential needs for safety and comfort is eye protection. SMITH is a familiar name when it comes to eyewear, and fortunately SMITH is a company who stands behinds their products and allowed us to put them to the test. In this review we are testing the Warp Enduro and Top Fuel model of goggles. First looking at these goggles I am quite impressed in the quality of fit and finish. Clearly these goggles are made of great craftsmanship with attention to detail and performance. These goggles are of many different designs SMITH offers for a variety of riding conditions and personal style. I am very impressed with how these goggles look and how comfortable they really are.

Field Test:

My daughter and I have worn these goggles over the course of the past three months and riding over 400 miles in a variety of terrain and conditions ranging from sand, dirt to muddy swampy trails and even some snow. The temperatures we rode in ranged from 40º F to 90º F. In colder temps these goggles breathe very well and did not fog up. We found the blue tinted lens on the Top Fuel model performed very well in the snow; the lens did a great job of keeping the sun glare off the snow, tolerable. On those bright sunny days of summer, the tinted lens is very useful. We found the airflow vented lens on the Enduro to perform very well in varying temperatures. In one day of riding the temperature may rise or fall 30º, and sometimes the vented lens is just a necessity.

Riding along trails in the woods where you are constantly running into branches and having various debris fly into your face, there is nothing like having confidence of good quality eye protection. I feel these Smith goggles will give you all the protection you could possibly need. They also currently offer over 20 models and variations of goggles to choose from, so finding a pair that suits your protection needs and style shouldn’t be a problem.

Pros:

Top quality eye protection with great style
Quality and durable materials that perform
Huge selection of models, styles and colors to choose from

Cons:

    N/A

Bottom Line

If you’re looking for quality eye protection SMITH is a familiar and well established name for good reason. I recommend this product for any recreational or professional rider.
